Associate Professor David Belada is a hematologist who has specialized in lymphoproliferative disorders, particularly non-Hodgkin lymphomas, since 2000. He serves as Head of the Department at the Fourth Department of Internal Medicine – Hematology of the University Hospital Hradec Králové, where he also leads the lymphoma group and oversees clinical research activities. His research focuses on prognostic factors in lymphomas, and he has served as principal investigator for numerous clinical studies in this field. He is a frequent speaker at both national and international scientific conferences. Associate Professor Belada is the author or co-author of more than 90 publications in peer-reviewed journals with an impact factor. For many years, he has also been an editor of national diagnostic and treatment guidelines for patients with malignant lymphomas in the Czech Republic. He has been a long-standing member of the Czech Lymphoma Study Group and currently serves as its First Vice-Chairman.
